Eleonora is experienced member of Competition law and Life science departments of the firm.
She has experience in advising on complex competition law issues such as abuse of dominance, pricing policies, prohibited vertical agreements, exclusive and selective distribution systems, resale price maintenance, parallel trade with pharmaceuticals, private enforcement, etc.
Eleonora advises leading world pharmaceutical companies on their operations in Bulgaria, including but not limited to conduct of clinical trials, market access of new INNs, negotiations of prices and discounts with the national state authorities, procedural representation in administrative cases related to price regulations, licensing of wholesalers with pharmaceuticals, preparation of tenders for distributors, structuring of distribution systems, drafting of all business related agreements of the companies.
Eleonora is fluent in English and Italian and has good knowledge in French and Russian. She regularly authors articles for e-Concurrence and Wolters Kluwer.
Eleonora is the Bulgarian official case reporter for Oxford Competition Law. She has been recognized by Legal500 as a Rising star lawyer in Healthcare and Life Sciences for 2020.
