Peter is a Bulgarian qualified lawyer with twenty years of professional experience, specialising in real estate, construction, energy and administrative law. He has significant experience in commercial property transactions, financing and  development. Peter also has extensive knowledge and experience with energy projects, including renewables.

Peter has been а team leader for a number of projects involving matters of real estate and construction law such as due diligence reviews of real property (covering current ownership status, history of ownership, zoning status, encumbrances, disputes etc.), as well as direct and indirect property acquisitions (drafting and review of property transaction documents for both direct and indirect acquisitions).

The main experience of Peter in the field of real estate includes legal analysis of real rights in relation to transactions of direct sale-trade of real estate, as well as of complete legal analysis of trade companies in cases of indirect acquiring of real estate.

Besides legal analysis, Peter has experience in the drafting of contracts of sale-trade of real rights and companies’ shares and stocks.

The experience of Peter in the field of construction is mainly related to the structuring of commercial relationships between the private participants in the construction process (construction contracts, contracts for the direction of projects, designer’s contracts, contracts for the performance of construction control, etc.), and with the resolving of matters related to the administrative law questions of the construction process (regulation, investment projects, construction permits, specific requirements for the diverse categories of objects, etc.).
