Rashko is part of the TBP’s Financial Services Law Group.
Prior to joining the law firm, he held various expert positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Financial Supervision Commission and the Bulgarian National Bank. He also worked as a trainee (Blue Book Trainee) at the Single Resolution Board in Brussels, Belgium.
His professional experience includes advising on cases concerning the EU law, as well as preparing written observations and legal opinions in connection with the procedural representation of the Bulgarian government before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
He has experience in the regulation of financial services markets, in the application of the legislation governing the licensing and authorizations in the financial sector, and also in advising on various issues related to the legal framework for the resolution of financial institutions.
Rashko is an author of a number of legal publications in the field of EU law and is currently completing his doctoral thesis in the field of resolution of credit institutions and investment firms.
