Victoria Marincheva is a qualified lawyer, member of the Sofia Bar Association. She is part of the Employment and Labour Law and Personal Data Protection legal practices in Tsvetkova, Bebov & Partners.
Victoria has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to international and local corporate clients actors in various economic sectors.
Victoria works intensively in the field of employment law. She is experienced in provision of legal advice and assistance with respect to individual employment relationships (contracting, risk mitigation and dispute resolution procedures, termination of employment), as well as reorganization of the human resources resulting from commercial transactions (concessions, M&A) or internal restructuring at local or group level.
In the field of personal data protection, Victoria has been actively working on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation by conducting trainings, preparation of legal analyses and implementation of data management processes tailored to the specific business requirements. Victoria also assists clients in administrative proceedings before the Bulgarian Commission for Protection of Personal Data. (CPDP).
Before joining Tsvetkova, Bebov & Partners as Senior associate in 2022, Victoria had been working with top-tier law firms in Bulgaria providing legal services to corporate clients.
Victoria holds a post-master qualification in management (2014, Institut d’études politiques de Paris /Science Po, Paris/). She has further extended her professional and business knowledge through a range of legal courses and business trainings which she took part in (in Bulgaria, France, Germany, Poland).
