Victoria is a Partner at Tsvetkova Bebov & Partners. Her major areas of expertise are Litigation, Energy Law, Company & Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labour Law.

Victoria has more than 14 years of experience in litigation proceedings before Bulgarian courts, including the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court, the Court of Arbitration with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as in legal representation of clients before bailiffs under enforcement proceedings.

In particular, Victoria has conducted legal representation of clients under: (i) administrative court cases against the Bulgarian Customs Agency, the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission, the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection; (ii) complex in terms of factual background commercial court cases; (iii) bank insolvency procedure of Corporate Commercial Bank AD /in insolvency/, which used to be the fourth in size bank in Bulgaria before start of insolvency; (iv) insolvency of companies; (v) labour court cases; (vi) arbitration cases; (vii) criminal cases.

Victoria is experienced in establishment/acquisition of SPVs and caring out of ongoing work, including negotiations, drafting agreements and other documents required for the relevant stages of the construction and development of real properties. She has provided consultancy services regarding sale, respectively purchase of real estate, including drafting of preliminary sale-purchase agreements, projects of notary deeds; consultancy services in cases of violations of the preliminary sale-purchase or sale-purchase agreements and legal court representation thereunder.

Victoria participated in various projects, related to construction and energy industry, including privatization of a local electricity company and a thermal power plant Varna, implementation of renewable energy projects (wind, photovoltaic and biomass).

Furthermore, Victoria has been involved in preparation of due diligence reports and legal opinions concerning energy and construction projects on the territory of Bulgaria.

Victoria has provided expert legal services in various legal spheres such as acquisition of financial institutions, telecommunication companies, industrial enterprises; advising on conclusion, amendment and termination of commercial contracts; consulting on corporate related issues; consulting and resolving of labour related issues, including labour disputes, termination of labour agreements, mass dismissals, disciplinary measures, preparation and consultations regarding internal labour documentation and procedures, work permits, visas, citizenship, etc.

Victoria provides legal services to a large spectrum of clients and businesses including various industries such as banks, insurance companies, entities operating in the energy business, hotel business, software companies, retail companies, etc.
